Synopsis: high school hottie Jennifer turns into a Succubus when a sacrifice to Satan went wrong. she appeared in her best friend, Needy's house covered in blood, but resisted feeding on her best friend. slowly, one by one, boys in the school began to die mysteriously (eaten by Jennifer). Needy, realizing something bad had happened to Jennifer, went to research in the occult section in the library, and to her horror, found out that Jennifer would need to eat flesh in order to sustain her life and appearance.
My views: i think this movie sucked. if you're looking forward to a nice storyline, this isnt for you. if you're really hoping to be able to see Jen's body, you'll be just as disappointed. not scary, not gross, lame storyline, hot actress, ... maybe.

i was mad tired, but still went town with merv. had dinner at aston, we're like 3 hungry ghost, i dont even wanna take pics cos we were madddd hungry. then we shopped around, bought 2 tanks and lingerie, & more nail polishes! my always-expanding collection is really really full to the max, need to get a new box for them already, but still, loves! everybody loves pretty nails, no? then we did silly things like playing in the arcade because we had nothing else to do.

wednesday, 21st oct
skipped lecture as planned, so met R after school. the initial plan, oh wait, why do i always have to type "initial plan"? cos things always dont work as planned! ugh, and i really hate that.
anyway, back to the "plan", to go jb (havent been there for two months already!), and spend my evening slogging out on the project, then clubbing at night. accompanied R to the doctor's, & because it was damn damn damn slow, so we didnt really have time to go jb, so instead just had an awesome lunch & then slacked at my place. didnt really slack though, because the phone call came & so, went out to meet the guys and headed to butterfactory. happy 21st birthday to henry, & to po once the clock struck 12! had an awesome night, totally!

im one mad kid that dont do the usual things people do after clubbing. i go home, eat & watch drama, how nice! finished season 4 of How I Met Your Mother, awesome!
last friday, watched 500 days of summer with R, & we both fall asleep halfway, not too sure if we were too tired or the show was plain boring. not gonna do a review since we didnt finish the show, also the movie is outdated already, who still wanna read the reviews, duhh! we bought a pile of junkfood & for dinner, we cooked pasta again at my place! also had malibu with orange, apple and peach juice =.= my fridge has 4 different type of fruit juices now.
saturday, went novena for adidas sales, dont really wanna talk about it but we left there empty-handed. then decided to go sembawang shopping centre for dinner at aston. the only thing we bought was soba & soba sauce. so, decided to crash-in at R's place to watch Drag me to hell, and have soba!

the sause is just bbq sauce, but the potato salad is awesome!

R is a potato freak, he always have to choose 2 potatoes as sides.

sunday, we had soba for breakfast. then watched The Tournament with R, the show's awesome! gonna do a review soooooon (i hope). whole two days of hardcore pigging-out. after dinner, went hai's place, to watch soccer and randomly decided to have poker tournament. lol. funnnnnn!
monday, school reopen and i went to school for lecture! yes, lectures! i havent been to lectures for a real long time. i've decided to be a good student this semester, reason being:
1. i dont wanna risk failing any modules & hence result retaking it while others have graduated.
2. our study break and exam week is 15th feb, yes during CNY. so in order to play hard, i have to study hard now.
3. dont like the feeling of being stressed and afraid i might fail even after the exams.
so tuesday's school again, and i went to the wrong block luh, it's soooo damn embarrassing. =/
nothing much for now, school has started and im pretty occupied with school stuffs and such. even when time permits, im just too sleepy and lazy for shopping, & the weather these days is killing me slowly.
Synopsis: a group of sorority sisters in Theta Pi, trying to cover up the death of one of their house-sister after a prank gone wrong. they agreed to keep the matter to themselves, never to speak of it again. months have passed by and they realized they were sought after by a serial killer.
My views: as i watched this movie on the same day as i watched Jen's Body, im afraid i would overrate this movie. afterall, this is a movie i really looked forward to, since the first time i saw the advertisement in Macs. however, the movie was quite disappointing, not as exciting & gory as i imagined it to be. i find parts of the story quite absurd, but overall, still passable. the only parts i like was (spoiler's alert! proceed directly to ratings if you havent watch & still intending to watch) the part where the bottle was shoved down Chug's throat, and when Claire was shot in the mouth with a flare gun.
Ratings: 3.5 out of 5! not really as nice as it seemed on the trailer

i literally rotted at home for the whole day, until evening. T__T my day wasnt exactly that long either, cos my normal wakey-time is 2pm, no matter what time i sleep. supposed to be going novena for dinner with R, but last minute changed to amk, so we had sumohouse.
after that, went back to causeway point, bought a hairblower/dryer. was contemplating between an expensive (looks damn professional) & a cheaper one, so in the end i bought a mid-range one.
then went to aussino to get myself a humongous pillow. it's gonna be my new bolster. but sadly, the pillow case that were sold there is like ... plain and ugly =.= bought a dark color one so that even if i drooled, it wouldnt be stained. LOL!

also, rotted at home for the afternoon, until evening, when the rain stopped.
went to buy groceries, ... im cooking dinner!

friday night, R & merv cabbed to my house downstair's coffeeshop for kwaychap, it's the awesomest kwaychap i've ever eaten, they even cabbed down to eat, so what do you think? then merv went back while R crash-in at my place.

for the whole of my weekends, i was really busy eating.
busy eating as in ... i was literally eating and sleeping all the time, except movies & poker.
it was saturday night when we went to gary's place for poker, with kok, hai, merv & R. we poker-ed till 8am in the morning because i have this crazy craving for subway sandwiches, so yeah, the nearest subway outlet opens at 8am.
cabbed back and i slept my whole sunday away.
monday, 12th oct
went to orchard for my lonesome shopping. bought a top & a pair of sandals. & a huge chunk of toiletries =.=
then went to suntec's aston for a lonely dinner. yeah right, eating steak alone is really nostalgic, people really stare at you. at first i felt really really uncomfortable, but soooon, i really adapted to it, WHAT's WRONG WITH EATING ALONE HUH?!
overall, dining at astons's was good (without the stares it would of course be better). personally, i would go back again for the food :)
then ktv-ed till 1am with kok, merv & R, and cabbed back to R's place. had a great time there because merv & kok is really ... funny & entertaining.

Haeundae: The Deadly Tsunami
Duration: about 120 minutes.
Synopsis: In this kind of show, there's always someone who already predicted the mega-disaster but the pleas to evacuate the town always fall on deaf ears because the authorities ignore the warnings/prediction. So when the mega-tsunami hit the town, every one was scrambling to survive.
My views: through this show i've also learnt that there are many causes of death in a tsunami, but im not gonna be a spoiler so, yeah. the stories portraying love and kinship between the characters are really touching, it was so heart-wrenching that my entire tissue was ultra soaked. =.= there were quite a few hilarious parts too. the graphics and such is okay. at first the show was really boring (to me), but towards the end, i totally love the show. but one thing i hate about korean show is, i can never remember the characters' name, never, not even a single one.
last week, glenn & edwin asked if i was wearing a wig. two days ago, tong pulled my fringe and asked if it's fake.
i know i look damn weird in bangs, so stop reminding me =.=
it's my first time too, but i kinda like it, so probably gonna stay like this for some time, so get used to it dudes!
saturday, 3rd oct happy mid-autumn festival! was at R's till evening, dad came to fetch me to aunt's place for dinner. cant help but to take picture of this super mini lantern, my bro sucked at taking pictures really, so i had to do a "mirror shot" (another new term given a life by Yvonne)
after dinner, was contemplating between joining R & friends, and staying home.
& i absolutely made the right choice - a stay-home-night! did i mention how awesome my night was? indulge in food & awesome drinks, awesome drama, and revel in the serenity of the night.
chomp on mango & macha mousse pockys, then relax over malibu with pineapple juice (in a beer mug, duhh!), and watched HIMYM season 4, finally. i think it was a great night for myself :)

have you ever wondered how awesome can french fries get? went botakjones with R, finally tried the whoopass cheese fries, and summarized in two words - mad awesome! it's greaaaaat to the max, if you dont find it pricey (it's $11.50 well-spent because it's damn filling)
then at night, went over to tong's to catch chelsea vs liverpool.
monday, 5th oct
wanted to pack, but of course i failed again. you may call me Yvonne, the legendary super procrastinator xD
went town with merv, tong, wei, kok and R to watch "accident". this movie abso-fucken-lutely sucks. total waste of time, anticipation and money.
while waiting for our movie, went pool-ing. then we decided to do these act-ahbengs/lians stuff, seriously if you'd noticed, the ahlians love to take pictures of their boyfriends playing pool, and the guy would then use it as msn & facebook display pictures. come on, tell me im damn right! xD
as of now, the two movies i really wanna catch is "Sorority row" and "Invitation only" (seems to have a nice plot and Maria Ozawa! omg i feel so tainted, thanks to cbk =.=)
tuesday, 6th oct
went for cbk's conscription party, aka oktoberfest, aka sausage party at ben's condo. as the party name suggests, it's for the soon-to-be and existing conscripts.
no pictures at all because i left my camera upstairs. so we had sausages of all flavours and sizes (sounded so wrong?), potatoes & bacon, and beer.
went home after that, but had to return to R's because i left my keys in his bag =.= how clumsy can i be?

tuesday night, 29th sept
went to R's place after dinner, and randomly we decided to play mahjong, so there were only me, mervyn & R. a short session until 1am.
wednesday, 30th sept
reached home, as usual, surf before i sleep (what kind of habit is this? i think it's more of an addiction anyway)
went to meet summer at around evening time. i was already rushing for time, and to make things worst, i couldnt find my shoebag (was really pissed already), then just when i was about to put on my heels, i realised to my horror, my favorite heels broke. these two incidents are linked to that bitch, first she took my shoebag without my consent, secondly she wore my heels without permission and broke it for me, thanks uh! of course she refuse to admit like usual, but parents did see her wear it.
it was my (& everyone else's) favorite heels, ugh! pissed, totally!
of course, i was really really late and we couldnt watch the movie which summer wanted to watch, and the next slot was really full, sorry babe! headed to cityhall to wait for R and had dinner at osaka town. my personal ratings for the restaurant is 2/5. totally not worth the price, but they have really good services. but once the food isnt that great (oh it wasnt even nice at all, to me) the rest becomes meaningless.
then after that went cineleisure for kobayashi =.= while i go next door to get plasters for my very badly blistered feet. poor thing, gotta suffer from blister because someone spoilt my favorite heels, how bad can things get actually?
then went le bar with summer and her friend while waiting for po. her friend's friends were there, so had quite an enjoyable time with beer-games and magic tricks. was there till past midnight before we cab to dblo. & err, my entry was denied because i am underaged =.= i've always thought the age required is 18, but the person said it's 20 or 21, ugh! luckily and thankfully summer has a friend working there, so i managed to get in =P
so meet up with po and her boyf and the boyf's friends there. hmm honestly speaking clubbing isnt as fun as i imagined it to be, but still it was really fun! (how contradicting uh) partied till 3am then cabbed home.

happy childrens' day! (DUHH =.=)
went to cityhall for a lonesome shopping trip! well i only went into one shop and realised R's knocking off from work already, so went to pick him up (to carry my ultra heavy shopping bag for me)

then went home to change before going to summer's place for mahjong! (i was seriously shagged already, but still, how to resist?!) played till 1am, then crash in at R's place again

late nights + alcohol + bad environment = pimple outbreak. :(
