Movie review: Sherlock Holmes (2009)

Synopsis: After finally catching serial killer and occult "sorcerer" Lord Blackwood, legendary sleuth Sherlock Holmes and his assistant Dr. Watson can close yet another successful case. But when Blackwood mysteriously returns from the grave and resumes his killing spree, Holmes must take up the hunt once again. Contending with his partner's new fiancée and the dimwitted head of Scotland Yard, the dauntless detective must unravel the clues that will lead him into a twisted web of murder, deceit, and black magic - and the deadly embrace of temptress Irene Adler.

My views: awesome awesome awesome! i was so excited about this movie and persuaded my boyf everyday to watch it with me (he didnt wanna watch it as he as has no idea who sherlock holmes is =.=) i used to read lots of sherlock holmes novels, and nancy drew =.='' i love this movie, it's great! i especially love the humor they used. boyf thinks that the brains and intelligence of holmes is way too exaggerating, but if you ask me, that's just so holmes! overall, this movie is just GREAT to the max! and honestly, i cant find anything i dislike about this masterpiece, hmm, maybe if the wait for the next sherlock holmes movie is too long, then i'll deduct marks? but for now ...

Ratings: 5 out of 5! really really really awesome!
